Call for Contributions – Conference Section
We’re excited to open a call for proposals for the new Conference Section of Theatre of Wonder. We invite researchers, practitioners, creators, and entrepreneurs to submit presentations or workshops that explore this vibrant interdisciplinary space.
We’re looking for:
- Oral presentations (15 min)
- Performance-lecture (30 min)
- Workshops (60 min)
Your proposal may include case studies, projects, initiatives, insights, shared experiences, or academic research, and should explore at least one of the following topics:
Conference Themes:
- Cross-disciplinary collaborations involving theatre, storytelling, and science
- Projects that bridge theatre/storytelling with:
- Science communication
- Education activities
- Business initiatives
- Immersive experiences that combine artistic and scientific elements
- Arts & sustainability: cross-disciplinary initiatives that combine arts (theatre and storytelling) and sustainable development and/or green practices
- STEAM activities that incorporate theatre and/or storytelling
- Science fiction genre as a tool for:
- Science communication
- Audience engagement
- Educational outreach
